Customers may place orders online to be shipped to a physical address (no p.o. boxes) or for curbside pick-up. Orders may also be placed over the phone by calling the ASI Museum Store at 612-870-3364. We're happy to assist! Due to Covid, current 'brick & mortar' store operation is Thursdays through Sundays, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Online orders may be placed anytime and will be processed within 2-3 business days.
TRACKING AN ORDER
You will receive and email confirmation once you place your order, at which point it may be tracked.
Most items sold online at the ASI Museum Store are in-stock and ready to ship. Should an item be on backorder, however, the status will be noted on the item's product page noting the estimated date the item will be back in stock.
When applicable, a promotion code may be entered in the order check-out process. Offers cannot be applied to previous purchases and cannot be combined with any other offers. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of discounts.
ASI members receive a 10% discount on all regular-priced ('non-sale'-item) purchases. Enter your member code at check-out.
The billing address and phone number entered at check-out must match those associated with your credit or debit card. Payment declines may be due to limits set by your bank.
If for any reason you decide that you do not want to keep your purchase, you may return the merchandise within 30 days and your card will be refunded for the returned items as long as they are undamaged and in original packaging.
